The Vintage 1500
A continuation of the Original theme, the 1500 is truly for the passionate cook! Options of 4 or 5 ovens (whether you require heating or just cooking) and a superb hotplate *griddle surface. Innovation: should you require only to use one or two ovens (or just cooking for a small number) then simply use the choke to shut the heat off to the left hand end of the cooker – saving time and fuel. Oven heat up in approx 50/55 mins from cold.

All good things start from the big bang... the Original is the first born, and is based on the accepted 1000mm cabinet width. Offering options of cooking only (3 ovens) or with hot water option (3 ovens or 2) or the double burner central heating model with 2 ovens to provide for independent control of cooking, hot water and heating. Oven heat up in approx 25 mins from cold.

The Vintage 840
Though smaller in width, the 840 still has the same ovens as the bigger models and the hot plates are only marginally smaller – can be a 3 oven cooker only model or a double burner heating model, boasting an output of up to 100,000 Btu’s! Oven heat up in 20 mins from cold.

The smallest Vintage model, though not lacking in capacity or function – again huge 80 litre oven, capable of grilling (located behind bottom door – it has to be – controls and burner behind top door) – hot plate 400mm (16”) diameter and it is zoned to provide boiling (at back) and simmer (at front) – making it safe for use on Narrow boats and extra safe because of the high level galley rail.
