All good things start from the big bang... A cooker for those who love the act of cooking’. Distilled from a 25 year love affair with Range cookers and having lost none of his passion, the creator of Vintage has drawn on his experiences and crafted a cooker that is innovative on many levels. A Range cooker should be capable of cooking! Vintage offers the largest hot plate surfaces of any cooker in its class and has the addition of the ‘axe head’ between the two plates – the ovens are a monstrous 80 litres in volume, readily accepting a 40lb turkey – a choice of 1 oven or up to 5! Vintage cooks like no other, very responsive, controllable and superbly insulated so the heat stays in your ovens and hot plates, reducing your fuel usage and not overwhelming your kitchen with excessive heat.

The distinctive design aesthetique and robust build quality again sets the Vintage apart from its competitors, enjoy the sweeping curves on the doors, the solidity of the lids and the references to polygons and circles, relish the beautiful axles on which the doors pivot. The towel rail, because of its higher than normal position becomes a safety rail - guarding against spillages and accidents. Never before has a cooker proudly boasted its engineering detail and heritage... Call it arte deco, Victorian or very contemporary – call it Vintage, saving the best 'til last!

"The picture above shows the inventor of Vintage, putting the finishing touches to one of his earlier creations, the Heritage Range Cooker, of which he was the founder and designer. John has always approached his work with a surrealistic zeal as you can see as he prepares his lunch! His Vintage, is as noted, the embodiment of all his wishes, passions and desires for his cookers... most certainly a case of saving the very best 'til last!..." John, graduated as a Chemist and went onto to work for Stanley, Don Heating and Stovax, before ultimately realising his dream, the creation of Vintage Ranges.
